Privacy Policy

This website is operated by GAE Corporation Co., Ltd., developer of the GCarbon corporate carbon footprint platform, acting as data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

This website collects personal data through a single channel — the contact/demo request form: your name, email, organization and message. We collect no sensitive data and use no tracking cookies or third-party analytics — visit statistics are collected anonymously by our own self-hosted system (cookieless, and data never leaves the company's servers).

We use the data you provide to (1) respond to your request, such as scheduling a demo or answering questions, and (2) improve our services based on feedback — relying on the consent you give by submitting the form and our legitimate interest in replying to inbound enquiries.

Contact-form data is retained for no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless the relationship becomes a service contract, in which case data is kept per the contract term and applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is stored on servers under our own control and accessed only by relevant staff on a need-to-know basis.

All transmission is encrypted over TLS (HTTPS). Back-office systems use role-based access control, access logging, and automated-submission protection (rate limiting) — the same discipline the GCarbon platform applies to enterprise customer data, which is designed so data never leaves the system (including the G-CHAT assistant, which processes questions in-system without sending text to any third party).

Under PDPA you may request access, copies, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent — via the contact channel at the end of this document. We respond within 30 days.

Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acknowledgement of the new policy.
