This website provides information about GCarbon, the corporate carbon footprint platform (recording, calculation, reporting, reduction planning and verification readiness per GHG Protocol, ISO 14064-1, IPCC and TGO CFO). Use of the platform itself is governed by a separate service agreement with each customer; these terms cover the website only.

All website content — text, articles, imagery, logos, video and design — is the property of GAE Corporation Co., Ltd. You may reference or share content with attribution, but commercial reproduction requires prior written permission.

You must not use the website to (a) submit false information or impersonate others through the contact form, (b) attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt server operation, or (c) scrape content in ways that degrade the service.

Articles and knowledge content (on GHG Protocol, TGO, CBAM, Thailand's Climate Change Act and similar topics) are provided for general information — they are not legal advice nor a guarantee of verification outcomes. Official requirements change; always confirm with the regulator (such as TGO) or your advisors.

We keep the website reasonably accurate and available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the website, without limiting rights that consumer law protects.

The website may link to external resources (such as international standard documents) whose content we do not control — your use of those sites is subject to their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version appears on this page with its revision date — continued use constitutes acceptance.
